The flavour is inspired by the famous bar and offers an original ice cream version that reverses the order of the ingredients: in the tub, milk chocolate ice cream is covered with pistachio cream and Knafeh.

The two sides mingle in the service, creating a decidedly interesting mix of flavours.

The chocolate curls or roses decoration enriches the taste and is created following an exclusive Anselli recipe.

The ingredients are balanced to ensure that this ice cream remains soft at sub-zero temperatures, giving the palate a creamier, “warmer” feeling.

The kit includes everything needed for its production, which is simple thanks to the specially designed ingredients and training in the owner’s workshop.
