Pasticcino gelato is a new idea of ice cream:
a crunchy, crumbly wafer in a classic, cocoa or charcoal version, filled with ice cream and decorated on the outside with chocolate, icing, grains, cereals, candied fruit… depending on the flavour chosen from the 12 proposed.

Pasticcino gelato can be enjoyed as soon as it is taken out of the cooler.

MAKING OF – KIT

For ice cream makers there is a new dedicated kit and training in their own laboratory.

The kit is provided with

• covers
• topping
• taste markers
• an elegant recyclable cardboard box for take-away.
