Mini Torte

Mini Torte are fine little cakes designed for two people but also perfect as a generous portion for the greedy one! Their basic ingredients are sponge cake, ice cream with fruits or cream and everything you need for unique decorations.

MAKING OF – KIT

We provide everything you need to make and sell Minitorte: the mould to create the shape, the bases for the ice cream, the pastes and variegates for the flavours, the necessary decorations, the packaging for take-away. The individual saucers for display.

For professionals, we provide as well training in their own workshop to create this ice cream dessert to a high standard.
