The classic Tiramisù prepared in a modern light key, with a unique taste. It consists of a gluten-free cocoa cookie (an Anselli exclusive) and a creamy part made according to a recipe that makes it especially soft and velvety.
Proposed in single-portion and in four variants: classic, chocolate, pistachio, raspberry.
MAKING OF – KIT
We provide everything you need to make and sell Tiramisù: the packaging tray (single and four-piece), the base and the egg cream to make the creamy part, the gluten-free cocoa biscuit, the necessary decorations and fillings for the flavours, the take-away packaging, the mater bi spoon to close the packaging.
For professionals, we provide as well training in their own workshop to create this ice cream dessert to a high standard.
